2025 Rates
Wedding ceremony - $860
This flat rate includes prelude, processional, special music, recessional and postlude as well as an in-person consultation prior to the ceremony.
- $100 additional to have a special piece of music arranged
- $100 additional to accompany a soloist or Catholic cantor (for rehearsal time w/ singer)
- $125 additional for set-up/takedown of musician's tent (white, 10x10, with optional 3 side panels- see photo below!)
Wedding reception at the same site - $400/hr
Wedding reception at a new/different site - $700/first hour & $400/hr beyond first hour
Other special events - $700/first hour & $400/hr beyond first hour
There is no extra travel expense for events within the Madison area. Ask for an estimate for other locations.
Our Tent!
10x10 tent with 3 optional side panels
In this photo our tent was being used for a wedding ceremony on a chilly October day. The panels cut the wind and enclosed the space allowing our heaters to increase the temperature a few degrees for the safety of our instruments. Our violist and first violinist also have carbon fiber instruments for outdoor events.
Here our tent allowed a September ceremony to continue even in a light mist. Guests usually don't mind a little mist but our instruments consider it their nemesis. This can be the trickiest weather to make the indoor/outdoor call but with our trusty tent, it's an easy no-brainer.
On a beautiful day here is what our tent looks like without any side panels. It did a great job of protecting our instruments from acorns, bird droppings and spiders. Yes, little baby spiders! They were trying to spin their webs on everything.
